Hemal is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA), Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and also sits on the IPA Examination and Training Committee.
Hemal has experience dealing with corporate and personal insolvency cases and over the years has been involved in a number of complex corporate insolvencies. His past experiences in the manufacturing and commercial sector has also seen him involved in many business restructuring roles.
Manager
Kapila is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a manager here at Horsfields. She has spent her career gaining experience in dealing with a variety of both personal and corporate insolvency cases working in both small and larger complex teams.
She has faced the challenges of complex trading restructuring, corporate insolvency and advisory cases yet still understands the sensitive nature and impact on individuals of personal insolvency matters.

Michelle has worked at Horsfields for over 40 years and is a manager in our personal insolvency team but also has experience of liquidations.
She manages and maintains a wide range of personal insolvency cases. She thrives in giving each case the individual approach it requires, particularly with investigative work and enjoys helping people bring what can be a difficult experience to a conclusion.
